Challenge
Create a website that prioritizes the user experience of members and support users in answering their own questions / achieving their own goals.
Ultimately, the intention of this website overhaul was to create a website that supported the administrative team by mitigating repetitious actions and conversations.
The previous website was not intuitive, had no informational architecture and lacked a data management software for the document exchanges completed with third-party clients.
Solution
To create a highly-functional user-experience that empowers the user to accomplish their goals independently, our team worked closely with Foothills administration to identify all of the current pain points of their previous website.
The solution, ultimately, was delivered with an easy-to-navigate site, a well-thought architecture of information, and simple, clear and concise language.

Anticipating the most common needs of the website users was made easy by working closely with Foothills, who is already familiar with their users pain points. We prioritized the most common questions and actions on the homepage and provided easy-to-access CTA's throughout the entire website.
