UX is a dedicated profession path. Often we forget that there is a whole discipline of research and methodology that goes into creating a user-experience that yields high conversion results. Website builder tools have made it so everyone can build a website, but does everyone *know* how to build a website? Fjord's WEBSITE REVIEW & MENTORING service lets you receive an audited review of your site. We review twice; once using a software, the second is a UX-expert on our team manually reviewing. WHAT YOU RECEIVE: - A review of your website with a focus on your preferred area of the site - A checklist of optimization tasks you can complete today to make your UX a better experience - A 1:1 video call (1 hour) where you'll be shown each task item/recommendation and have the opportunity to ask questions "We do it with you" means that we do not optimize your website for you. This is an audit where our team reviews and makes recommendations. We help you understand what needs to be improved and provide you with a road map to making that happen.


Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & REIMBURSEMENT Once paid, your purchase is final. Our team spends a lot of time reviewing and developing strategy for our package consultation clients, so unfortunately, it's not realistic for us to reimburse after the initial strategy and review has been completed! RESCHEDULING MEETINGS We ask that a minimum of 24-hours be available at time of meeting the reschedule request. You are able to reschedule through your booking confirmation or through reaching out to our team directly. Should you cancel or miss the appointment within that 24-hour window, it is at the discretion of Fjord Social as to whether or not that meeting is honoured at a later date. EXPIRY OF SERVICES Your package is set to expire after 6-months. In the event that you need to delay your expiration date we are happy to help at your request! We set a 6-month expiration date because we find the best results come from active, engaged participation in these consultation calls! NON-GUARANTEE & BEST PRACTICES Please be advised that our team makes NO GUARANTEES as to the results from any and all activities and advice rendered during our time working together, and honestly, that should help you trust us. Google and Meta do not release information about their algorithms. Every piece of information that we provide you with (for SEO, Ads or Web Development/UX) is informed by best-practices and available information on algorithmic/behavioural preferences; but ultimately, we are not able to control the results garnered from implementation.
